What Families Say About Us

Alpharetta bass Lessons For Kids

Lessons In Your Home specializes in teaching young minds. The majority of our students are kids and we love to foster the excitement and potential for learning that children have to offer. The bass is a larger instrument and some might think that children need to be taller or more mature to play the instrument. Thankfully, basses come in a variety of sizes and our teachers have experience teaching younger students as well. Learning the bass also includes theory practice, improvisation, and other musical aspects that our teachers are well equipped to introduce to kids in an understandable way. The bass is a fun instrument to learn and this low-pitched string instrument is standard for a variety of settings including orchestras, jazz bands, wind symphonies, and more.
Our bass teachers have experience teaching students of all levels, ages, and learning styles and provide lessons that work with each student’s pace. Private one-on-one lessons help each student become a more solid player and this valuable option within our music community for learning the bass offers creative and professional skills, including improvisation, note reading, and performance techniques.
