While finishing my Bachelors degree at the University of North Texas I asked a friend who graduated a year before me about where she was teaching music. Thats how I found Lessons In Your Home. Getting started was really easy and after a great training course, I had my first students scheduled in no time. I feel like I part of the Lessons In Your Home family.
The students and families are what make the job worth it, I seriously teacher amazing students. I’m making rewarding relationships that will last a life time! As a private lesson teacher I also love that LIYH takes care of all of the financials so that I get to focus on what matters most— the music!
The teacher workshops they put on really changed the way I teach in a positive way. At the end of the day, my time with Lessons In Your Home has been entirely rewarding and has provided me with many growth opportunities as a teacher and musician.
