    About Lily Bravo

Lily Bravo is a composer, mezzo-soprano, and saxophonist who has been part of the music industry for as long as she can remember. She is free-spirited, engaging, and believes in putting her students first. Lily adjusts her teaching approach for each individual student, teaching in different ways that best fits their needs. She teaches both voice and saxophone, classical and jazz, helps duets/quartets/etc, and piano. She has been teaching since she herself was a high schooler, and recently taught at Diaz Music Institute’s Latin Jazz Summer Workshop.

She is currently studying saxophone with Woody Witt at Moores School of Music, as well as studying voice with Laura Jane Jones. Her previous teacher was Alexander Horace Young, from whom she gained knowledge through many performances. Bravo has played with musicians such as Ignacio Berroa, Tia Fuller, Andre Hayward, Humberto Ramirez, and Hubert Laws. She has been singing and writing her own original songs since she was in kindergarten. Her journey with music has only blossomed since then, and she loos forward to being able to teach her students all she has learned throughout this time.
