    About Nicholas Hamlyn

Nick Hamlyn received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Music from Northern Arizona University. He has studied voice since high school and has participated in a number of premier ensembles: Sedona Academy of Chamber Singers under the direction of Dr. Ryan Holder, Shrine of the Ages Choir under the direction of Dr. Copley, the Colorado Symphony Chorus, and is a current member of St. Martin's Chamber Choir under the direction of Tim Krueger. In addition to voice, Nick also has 13 years of experience playing the cello and has participated in ensembles such as the All City and All State Orchestra. Throughout his studies in voice and cello, playing the piano has been a constant and has served as a great resource. After graduating in 2020, he moved to Denver, where he works in Marketing.

He is thrilled to be imparting his knowledge of the voice, cello and piano with a focus on building a strong foundation in technique and musicality. Nick will guide you through the fundamentals of voice, cello, or piano, helping you to develop your abilities and discover the joy of playing music. Nick's belief is that every student has the potential to excel, and he brings a personalized approach to each lesson, tailored to the unique needs and learning style of the student.

When Nick is not performing, he enjoys hiking, going to live shows, traveling, and seeking out the best restaurants Denver has to offer.
