About John Sinclair

John Sinclair has long had a love for teaching music, especially guitar to children of all ages. He has worked as an elementary school music teacher and has participated in and conducted choirs throughout the many years of his music career. John has a degree in education from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and loves to encourage his students in their creativity and expressiveness. He has spent many years performing jazz guitar with numerous ensembles. With a background in both education and music, teaching music is the natural intersection of the two things he loves.
