About Jesus Carvajal

Jesus D. Urdaneta-Carvajal, hailing from Maracaibo City, Zulia State, Venezuela, commenced his musical journey at the age of 3 at the Musical Kindergarten of the Music Conservatory Jose Luis Paz. After 3 years, he embarked on the traditional music program, studying Singing, Vocal Prep., General Instrumentation, Orchestration, Introduction to Composition, Music Theory, Solfège, Choral Participation, and Performance until the age of 16. Throughout his musical education, Jesus actively participated in various events, festivals, and cultural gatherings, representing institutions such as the Philharmonic of the Core of the Simón Bolivar Orchestra System, Marist Brothers School, different Churches, and The International Movement of Comprehensive Popular Education and Social Promotion at Fe y Alegría.


Post-High School, he received a scholarship from the Zulia State Governor to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Music at Cecilio Acosta Catholic University. His advanced studies included Choral Arrangements, Choral Direction, Vocal Preparation, Piano, Guitar, Orchestral Direction, Composition, and various music genres. Beyond music, Jesus served as a Paramedic of the Emergency Service of the Zulia State and a Human Rights Inspector assigned to the Zulia State Court.

Currently, Jesus actively participates in musical projects encompassing genres from Pop-Rock/Roll n' Roll/Glam to Ballad, Dancehall, Trap, Regué, Guaracha, Merengue, Reggaeton, and Dembow. His collaborations include work with Jabesk7 Records, Grammy on the Beats, Aleteo Music, Reghuel Music, Filmrat Production, and Night Flower Music Studio, among others. His involvement extends to composing and arranging instrumental music, chamber music, Latin dance music, quartets for bowed string instruments, brass winds, and percussion.
