About Jacob Lipp

A budding saxophonist in the Phoenix and Seattle scenes, Jacob Lipp has performed all around the U.S. and is constantly working on his craft.

Jacob has played with renowned musicians such as Alpin Hong, Nick Manson, and Gerry Gibbs. He was also a member of the Phoenix based psychedelic rock band Harrison Fjord, with whom he has recorded two studio albums and several music videos.

He went on to study and specialize in woodwind repair at Renton Technical College, ending up working with one of the largest instrument manufacturers in the world on their professional saxophone lines. He has also studied music performance at Arizona State University and University of Washington Schools of Music on scholarship.

Jacob is based in Tacoma, WA and can be found teaching woodwinds/piano and playing around the Greater Seattle Area.
