Brian Mallet, a native of Atlanta Georgia, is currently a student at Kennesaw State University. He began playing the violin at the age of 10 and focused on a classical curriculum in his studies. Brian's early studies on the instrument helped build proper foundation in technique, performance, and music theory; all of which Brian instills in his students today.
As a violinist, Brian has played in Honors Orchestras, Youth Symphonies, Chamber ensembles, various quartets and he also performed with the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra for two seasons. Brian currently plays with the Philharmonic Orchestra at Kennesaw State University.
Brian currently teaches students from preschool, grade school, middle school, high school, and college levels. It is very important to him that his students have fun while they are learning and he would like them to be able to tell a story with their music. When Brian isn't playing or teaching violin he enjoys producing music, playing video games, and spending time at the lake.
