Alejandro Sanchez is a professional musician, educator, arranger, composer, and music producer with extensive experience in music education and live performance. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music with a major in Saxophone from the Superior Institute of the Arts in Havana, Cuba, and has been teaching music for more than 15 years.
Throughout his teaching career, Alejandro has worked with students of different ages and skill levels, helping them develop a strong foundation in music theory, appreciation, history, performance, and musicianship. His teaching experience includes saxophone and other woodwinds, as well as piano, drums, guitar, and music production. He takes an individualized approach to teaching, adapting lessons to each student’s abilities, interests, and learning style while encouraging confidence and creativity.
As an active professional musician, Alejandro brings real-world performance and music industry experience into the classroom. His professional background includes performing as a saxophonist and keyboardist, musical direction, arranging, composition, recording, and music production. He has also collaborated with numerous artists and television productions in the South Florida area.
Alejandro believes that learning music should be both educational and inspiring. His goal as an educator is to help students build solid musical skills while developing their creativity, discipline, confidence, and appreciation for music.
