About Addis Riddle

Addis Riddle is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist performer and teacher from Arlington, Texas. He is highly involved in growing the arts community of his hometown. He teaches guitar, piano, drums, and even brass. The most important thing to Addis is that that his students feel connected to the music that they're playing and that they find the process of learning music personally fulfilling. He'll learn what his student's interests are and use that to help keep them engaged.

As a performer, Addis performs in various groups and records, books, and promotes bands in Arlington. Addis owns and operates a small music label focused on uplifting local artists. In 2020, Addis was president of The Football Team at UTA (a creative collective) and helped foster connections between the Downtown Arlington cultural district and Arlington artists through involvement in the West Main Arts Festival, gallery showings and local show promotion. In 2022, Addis was the head of A&R for UTA Records, a student run record label. As head of A&R, he produced a video series called “Live in Studio 301” which featured Arlington bands performing music in the UTA recording studio.

Addis is currently focused on honing his songwriting craft and recording skills to establish himself as a songwriter and music producer.
