Aaron Spoor is a Maryland-based Classical Guitarist and multi-instrumentalist who has a wide range of expertise as a Music Educator. He is a composter, performer, and recording artist in addition to working with students of all ages and levels: from young beginners through teaching in the University setting. Spoor’s Classical repertoire spans from the Baroque to the Twentieth-Century periods, and he’s versed in a wide range of popular styles.

One of Spoor’s notable achievements as a performing artist includes the release of his second album, Sans Souci, on February 25, 2011. This album showcases Spoor's versatility, as it features two premiere recordings: "Saudades" by Grammy-nominated artist Clarice Assad and the title track "Sans Souci," which is Spoor's own original composition. The entire album was produced at Spoor's studio in Mt. Baldy, California.

Spoor's live performances are equally impressive and include works by renowned composers such as J.S Bach, Aguado, Giuliani, and Piazzolla. He has graced the stages of prestigious venues like Chicago's Rudolf Ganz Memorial Recital Hall, Denver's King Center Recital Hall, and the Feddersen Recital Hall in Walnut, California. He has also performed at various guitar festivals and churches, including the Mid-Maryland Guitar Festival, Ventura County Classical Guitar Society, and many more.

Spoor earned his Master's degree in Music Performance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts, where he received a conservatory scholarship to study under the renowned Sergio Assad. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver, studying Guitar under Alex Komodore and Composition under Dr. Nancy Gunn and Dr. Fred Hess. Spoor has also had the privilege of learning from esteemed teachers such as Denis Azabagic, David Evans, and Paul Henry. Additionally, he has participated in master classes with influential guitarists like David Russell and Manuel Barrueco.

In 1997, Spoor started his first private teaching studio and working with students one-on-one, and he has been an active educator since. He teaches Guitar, Ukulele, Bass Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, Drum kit, and Piano, as well as Composition and Music Theory to students of all ages and levels. In addition to his private teaching, Spoor currently teaches music classes at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD.
