Trent Walker, a graduate of Birmingham Southern College, made the move from Alabama to Atlanta to pursue his passion for teaching guitar and bass. With a rich background in education spanning both Birmingham and Atlanta, Trent brings a wealth of knowledge and infectious enthusiasm to his lessons.

During his time at Birmingham Southern College, Trent’s education was a vibrant blend of theory, performance, and musical history. As a dedicated member of the school’s jazz ensemble, he honed his skills in improvisation and ensemble playing. His academic pursuits extended into diverse areas such as composition, conducting, and music history, complementing his practical experience on guitar, drums, and piano.

Beyond his teaching commitments, Trent Walker is an active freelance audio engineer within the vibrant Atlanta music scene.
