    About Stephanie Moorehouse

    Stephanie Moorehouse is a violinist and teacher in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s in violin performance from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master’s in violin performance from California Institute of the Arts. After spending six years in the California, Stephanie enjoyed performing with: Disneyland, San Bernardino Symphony, American Youth Symphony, Young Musician’s Foundation, Golden State Pops Orchestra, Bakersfield Symphony, and Kaleidoscope Chamber Orchestra. Stephanie also had the privilege to perform with artists like: Lindsey Stirling, Andrea Bocelli, Deadmau5, John Debney, Danny Elfman, Michael Giacchino, Mark Isham, Christopher Lennertz, Joel McNeely, Diego Navarro, John Powell, Brian Tyler, David Newman, Richard Sherman, Hans Zimmer, and John Williams.

    Since graduating with her Master’s in 2014, Stephanie took an interest in Suzuki education and received training for Suzuki books 1-4. Her Teacher Trainers include: Ed Kreitman, Judy Offman, and Sarah Bylander Montzka. Stephanie went on to teach with the Suzuki Talent Education of Pasadena from 2016-2018 where she lead group classes and collaborated with other Suzuki teachers in the area. In 2019, Stephanie joined FISD where she taught private violin and viola lessons in three different school programs.

    With over ten years of teaching experience, Stephanie is excited to guide her future students on their own unique musical journey.
