Spencer Church has been immersed in music for over 26 years, beginning his journey at just eight years old. Now, he brings decades of experience as both a performer and educator to his students. He studied jazz at Fort Lewis College, where he honed his technical skills, deepened his understanding of music theory, and cultivated the versatility that defines his playing today.

For more than five years, Spencer has been sharing his knowledge and love of music with students of all ages and skill levels. His teaching approach blends technical instruction with creative exploration, ensuring that students not only develop strong foundational skills but also the confidence to express themselves musically. Whether guiding beginners through their first notes or helping advanced students refine their artistry, Spencer tailors lessons to each individual’s goals and learning style.

Outside the teaching studio, Spencer remains an active and passionate performer. He regularly plays with both cover bands and original projects, bringing the energy and excitement of live music into his lessons.
