About Sara Lefevre

Sara LeFevre is a guitarist and composer based in Denver, Colorado. As a self-taught musician from the age of 14, she is in the unique position to help her students find not only the tools to understand and succeed in music, but the tools to find their passion in music as well. Using a fun and relaxed teaching style, her goal from the first lesson is to teach the student how to learn and explore their favorite songs, while developing a style of their own.

Sara has been playing professionally for eight years, performing in several groups with styles ranging from ska and reggae to blues, funk, afrobeat, surf, jazz, and more. In addition to her work as a professional musician, Sara obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology/Chemistry in 2016 and works as a microbiologist in Denver.
