Music has always been a large part of Rob Weisenbarger's life. Starting at the age of six, Rob started playing drum set and percussion. Music as a whole was a driving philosophy from his family as all of his immediate family musically inclined. The flames of music were fueled by all of his family and blossomed a great appreciation for music. Early piano and drum lessons honed Rob's skills and allowed many years of performing and education.
Rob is currently working his way to a Masters Degree at Rollins College in Music Theory and Composition through a Bachelors Degree in Percussion Performance. With passions in composing, arranging, drumming and music theory; music is an ingrained part of Rob's life. Rob has also been on multiple tours while performing with various types of musicians around the country.
Rob has been teaching for the better part of a decade. Starting with in home lessons, educating others on music and drumming grew into working at multiple high schools and music departments around Central Florida. Having a rich background under multiple directors and instructors, Rob has many effective and engaging ways to teach percussion and music to all ages and musical backgrounds.
Outside of music; golf, travel and the culinary arts are other interests in Rob's life.
