Reyna Moore is a passionate Music Educator and Classical Voice specialist who works with Voice and Piano students of all ages. Reyna's primary background is in Music Education and working with students in both the private lesson and classroom settings.
Music has always been a meaningful part of Reyna's life, and from a young age, music served as a source of creativity, confidence, expression, and connection. Reyna attended the prestigious Suitland High School Center of Visual and Performing Arts and concentrated in Classical Voice, which allowed her to start pursuing her craft before pursuing her college studies at University of Maryland. She also has significant experience and background as a church musician and section leader with the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, as well as the Greater Pentecostal Church -- both in the DMV area.
As a performer, Reyna served as lead vocalist with Fontana Music Group, as well as a Praise and Worship Leader at various churches. She credits this consistent performing experience with strengthening her musicianship, stage presence, leadership skills, and passion for connecting with others through music. She also learned the importance of expression, collaboration, and using music as a tool to inspire and uplift others through her work with sacred music.
As an educator, Reyna's goal is to help students experience lessons that are encouraging, engaging, and personalized to their individual needs. Reyna believes music lessons should be more than just learning notes and techniques — they should be a space where students feel comfortable growing, making mistakes, building confidence, and discovering their own voice. Whether working with beginners or more experienced students, Reyna strives to create a positive and supportive environment where learning feels exciting and rewarding.
Reyna's journey as both a performer and educator has taught her the value of patience, discipline, and self-expression, and she brings those values into every lesson she teaches. Her passion for education lies within helping students grow - not only musically - but in their journey with developing confidence in their unique gifts and their abilities.
