Nicholas started in music on the alto saxophone at age 8 playing classical music. He then approached guitar, starting with jazz and then opening up avenues into other genres such as rock, funk, metal, R&B, etc. He studies jazz music at University of Central Florida. Nicholas has performed with various local jazz musicians in the central Florida scene. He was in marching band during high-school as well as wind ensemble and jazz big band.
Nicholas teaches guitar, bass guitar, piano, saxophone, and mandolin as a private instructor. He taught jazz-improvisation ideas in his time as an instructional intern with Orlando Youth Chamber Ensembles to middle and high school students. Nicholas puts his students first above all else and believes students should have fun and feel inspired first and foremost. His curriculum is tailored to each individual student based on what they are looking for in music both in terms of the type of music being played and what they enjoy about it.
