About Emily Lee

Emily Lee is a flutist and pianist who believes that music should be a joyful adventure for everyone! With a Master of Flute Performance from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree from the New England Conservatory of Music, she has performed as Principal Flute with the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra and shared her music in solo, chamber, and orchestra settings. But what Emily loves most is teaching and seeing her students light up with excitement as they discover their musical abilities!

Emily’s lessons are all about fun, creativity, and building confidence. Whether it’s learning to play your first piano piece or mastering a new flute skill, she customizes each lesson to match her students’ personalities and learning styles. Her goal is to create a space where students feel comfortable, curious, and excited to explore music. She loves working with beginners and believes that every small step is a big achievement worth celebrating!

Beyond teaching, Emily enjoys playing music at her church, going on mission trips, and picking blueberries at local farms! When she’s not playing her flute or teaching piano, you might find her hiking in nature, reading a great book, or enjoying a cozy cup of coffee.

Emily is passionate about helping her students build not only their musical skills but also their self-confidence and love for learning. She can’t wait to welcome new students into her musical world and start this creative journey together!
