Darby Rojas is an established musician and teacher who grew up playing violin, cello, and singing since a very early age. She has performed on several occasions in her school orchestras and other performance venues and has been a passionate private teacher ever since then. She's also an avid pianist, guitarist, and singer and has performed in several recitals through her career. She has always inspired to teach children and adults find the same love of music.
Darby's initial studies started at Cedar Valley College where she received a certification in Recording Technology and learned music production through Pro-Tools. There she studied MIDI, Music Business, Commercial Music Recording, Audio-Engineering, and Music Theory.
Later, Darby went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communications, and Piano Studies from the University of North Texas and graduated from their Music Entrepreneurship program. She has taught music professionally since 2015, and she has used her skills to share music throughout the DFW Metroplex as a music educator.
Darby enjoys and performs Soul, Pop, R&B, and EDM music, along with attending festivals and concerts (as well as working them!). She is a singer, enjoys karaoke, archery, aviation, history and writing, and has a passion for teaching music and helping others to reach their musical potential!
