Marie Danielle Bernadin (goes by Danielle) is a passionate pianist, vocalist, songwriter, and music educator dedicated to inspiring others through music. She began studying piano at the age of 14 and progressed rapidly, becoming a church pianist within just six months. This early experience helped her build a strong musical foundation rooted in both technical skill and expressive, worship-based performance.
Over the years, Danielle has developed extensive performance experience. She has performed in New Jersey as part of bands such as Sounds Matter and Solid Band, gaining valuable stage experience and versatility across different musical styles. In addition to band performances, she has played at restaurants, private events, weddings, and parties. Notably, she performed at a Juneteenth celebration last year, showcasing her ability to connect with diverse audiences through live music.
As an educator, Danielle teaches both piano and voice to students of various ages in home-based and school settings. She also taught at Shore Music Academy in Oakhurst, New Jersey, where she worked with students in a structured learning environment, helping them develop both strong instrumental and vocal foundations along with confidence in their musical abilities. She is known for her patient, encouraging teaching style and her ability to adapt lessons to each student’s learning pace and personality.
Danielle uses a creative and engaging teaching method that combines technique, ear training, vocal expression, and musicality. One of her core approaches is learning through interactive play—for example, she incorporates a rhythm-based game where students clap, repeat, and create their own patterns to develop timing, listening skills, and confidence. This method helps students stay motivated while building a strong musical foundation.
In addition to teaching and performing, Danielle is also a singer and songwriter who produces original music from her home studio, sharing her work on platforms such as YouTube and Spotify.
Above all, Danielle is deeply committed to helping her students grow—not only in skill, but in confidence, creativity, and a genuine love for music.
