    About Cody Puckett

    Mr. Cody Puckett resides in the Four Corners area nested in Davenport, Clermont, Orlando, and Kississimme. He is currently a music educator in Polk County Public Schools, instructing students who are neurodiverse. He will be teaching piano, and saxophone lessons to all students and grade levels. He is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and English and has traveled the world in Tokyo, Japan, Ontario, Canada, and throughout the west and east coasts of the United States. He enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family, long-distance running, and being with his cat, Zoe! He is looking forward to working with you and your family to create memories and lifelong learning of musicianship.

    Cody Puckett is an adaptive music educator working with students with mild to severe exceptionalities. He received his BA in Music and Deaf Education from Flagler College and his M.ED. in Special Education from FGCU. He is a trained vocalist and pianist and has performed with a traveling performing arts college group based in California. He has taught K-12 students who are neurodiverse learners, deaf and hard of hearing, and visually impaired. He has presented at conferences at the state level in Florida. Mr. Puckett passionately believes in collaborating with in-service and future collegiate music educators and providing them with practical strategies to create accessible music classrooms for all.
