Chris Ayson is a passionate musician with a deep appreciation for the creative arts. He attained his Bachelors of Music and Sound Design for Film and Video Games at DigiPen Institute of Technology, where he recieved a rigorous education in clarinet performance, piano fundamentals, music theory, audio science, and studio recording.
Chris has been playing, studying, and appreciating clarinet and piano his whole life. At DigiPen, he thoroughly explored clarinet performance under Rachel Yoder, an accomplished performer, instructor, and music academic. Throughout high school and middle school, he was fortunate enough to experience playing in many chamber bands and ensembles at Hawaii Pacific University and at other functions.
Chris deeply admires the human creative spirit, and he actively pursues digital art, creative writing, cosplay, and video game development in his free time. He's always learning, and he strives to maintain warmth, humility, and curiosity in his approach to the world and others. He's excited to embark on a journey of teaching clarinet and piano to students of all ages and levels.
