Casey Ferguson, a soprano out of a small town in North Georgia, has continued to grow her career by studying Music Education at Kennesaw State University. Casey studied voice with Madeline McCoy and Bridget Scott. She has been singing professionally since she was 17 and has been studying music since 2011. During her time at Kennesaw State University, she performed in numerous Opera roles, including Marcellina from le Nozze di Figaro, and a knitter in Seymour Barab’s “a Game of Chance”. She's an active cantor at her church and has been privileged enough to earn collegiate scholarships through her work as such.
Casey enjoys working with students of all ages, abilities and levels. She has been an assistant to multiple adult and youth choirs, and regularly attends conferences and workshops to ensure her growth continues beyond her schooling.
