About Callie Shepherd

Callie Shepherd is a professional vocalist, pianist and Live Entertainment performer with a lifelong passion for music and helping young artists build confidence through teaching the art of love for music. She is currently studying Vocal Performance at Berklee College of Music, and will graduate in the spring of 2027 with a BA in Interdisciplinary Music Studies. Callie trained in voice, musical theatre, dance and acting through the Steinhardt School of Music at New York University in a Pop/Musical Theatre vocal 5-week summer intensive its inaugural year (2018).

Callie has worked with both Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort in Entertainment. You can find her on the Walt Disney World stages as a Principal Equity performer, as well as part of the opening teams for Isle of Berk at Epic Universe. Callie has performed in regional theatre productions across the nation in venues like; Carnegie Hall, The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, The Frederick Lowe Theatre, The Dr. Phillips Center, Theatre South Playhouse and the Manhattan Movement Theatre. She has recently made appearances on documentaries for NBC and the Today Show with Al Roker.

Callie has played piano for 15 years and specializes in voice and piano instruction. Her teaching philosophy centers around creating a positive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and discovering what makes music exciting to them. She enjoys tailoring lessons to each student’s personality, interests, and goals while building strong fundamentals in technique, music theory, performance and, most importantly, confidence!

Whether a student dreams of performing onstage or wants to learn their favorite songs to play for their family, Callie’s goal is for every student to leave their lessons feeling excited to keep making music!
