About Athena Kelley

Athena Kelley, soprano, currently earning her Bachelor's Degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Central Florida. In addition, she attended The Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. Athena has performed numerous lead vocal roles including, Maria (The Sound of Music), Jo March (Little Women), Sally Brown (You're a Good Man Charlie Brown), Heather Chandler (Heathers: The Musical ), and Bacchus (Metamorphis), which are just some of her most recent career highlights. Athena has also won critics' choice for the Florida State Thespian Society for solo musical, along with several vocal awards throughout her career.

In addition to performing, Athena has worked as a talent agent, casting agent, acting and vocal coach, and model. Athena has been on both ends of the table and uses her knowledge to benefit all of her students. Additionally, she preps students for college and professional singing auditions as well as being a vocal coach on recording sessions. Athena's success as a teacher lies in the fact that she uses her personal experience to further her student's knowledge and skill.
