Alan’s career as a professional musician began in the 1980s. During this time, he played the piano in hotels and keyboards in nightclubs. His extensive experience spans over 30 years, during which he has accumulated a vast repertoire of songs. His musical range is impressive, covering genres from Classical to Golden Oldies, Latin, Classic Rock, Country Western, Pop/Rock, and even East Asian music.

Alan’s expertise extends to creating arrangements for International Standard Ballroom dances. People enjoy moving to the rhythm of foxtrot, quickstep, swing, waltz, chachacha, rumba, salsa, samba, and tango, thanks to his musical adaptations. After relocating to the Seattle area in 2000's, Alan collaborated with numerous talented musicians. His contributions have enriched the local music scene, bringing delightful tunes to cities and communities.

As a classically trained musician in both piano and guitar, Alan Cai holds a deep appreciation for Classical Music. He views it as a fusion of art and science—a treasury of human civilization. Alan’s passion extends beyond performance. He believes in music education and aims to pass down this historical gem to future generations.
