About Abraham Valdez

Abraham played different kinds of instruments when he was a child but fell in love playing the piano the most. He played the piano, violin, drums, and guitar. At the age of 7 he started taking violin to begin with but became more interested taking piano lessons when he reached 11 years of age. He took private lessons for years. During High School, Abraham regularly joined different high school bands, Jazz Bands and choirs, usually the choir's accompanist.

Abraham studied at Metro Manila College in the Philippines and continued his music education at Yamaha School of Music in Manila, Philippines. He got his diploma after finishing the "Integrated Course of Music", a four year course in Manila. He was taught majority by Professor Bernardino Custodio, a respectable music professor in the Philippines. And also taught piano by Eric Dimson, a recording artist and also piano and organ instructor.

Abraham eventually taught piano for 6 years at Yamaha School of Music in Manila before moving to the United States. Then when Abraham moved to the U.S.A. he started teaching privately. Enjoys playing in concerts, weddings and other activities that needs his talent in playing beautiful music. Classical, modern songs, standard he enjoys teaching to his students. He also led a church "Praise Team" for 15 years. Composing songs is also part of his musical talent. He actually had 2 Praise song compositions that was included in 2 cd album in the past.

Teaching became a passion for Abraham. He makes lessons fun. Practices will not be a problem by giving the students fun songs

Students will love to practice because they are enjoying the songs. The best accomplishments that Abraham experienced in teaching were when the taught a 3 year old girl play and a 6 year old blind boy play piano successfully. Amazing feeling when the students and parents are happy after guiding them do their lessons.
