Having sung publicly since the age of 12. Zahmaria is a passionate vocalist and music educator dedicated to helping students discover the full power and beauty of their unique voices. A former Jazz Voice minor at Howard University, Zahmaria brings over a decade of professional performance experience to the studio.

Throughout her career, Zahmaria has performed on prestigious stages—including Washington, D.C.’s legendary Blues Alley with the HU Jazz Singers—and sang with the Stellar Award-nominated Howard Gospel Choir. Her vocal talent has also earned her over $6,000 in scholarship awards through the Miss America Organization.

As an instructor teaching both voice and piano to students of all ages and skill levels, Zahmaria places a core emphasis on vocal health and longevity. Rather than forcing a single genre, her approach centers on understanding vocal anatomy; teaching students how to sing with ease, freedom, and power while preventing vocal fatigue and injury.
