About Wendy Hairel

Music has always been a part of Wendy's life, beginning with her mother's lullabies. Wendy started playing the piano at the age of 5 and continued studying piano through high school. She performed a concerto with her middle school orchestra at the age of 13. She began teaching piano lessons at the age of 22 and has taught over the years when she wasn't busy with small children.

Wendy also started and grew a children's after school theatre program, North Dallas Kidstage, helping hundreds of students in her community to gain confidence and increase their public speaking skills.

Wendy acts as the organist for her church and continues to perform on the piano when the opportunity arises, whether accompanying her own children or or for friends and colleagues. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Utah State University.
