Ross Sandlin is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and music instructor from Denver, CO. His love of music is rooted in the musical influences of his family, and soundtracks to video games. A passionate and eclectic interest in music led him to study at Santa Fe University of Art and Design. This is where he was afforded an opportunity to focus on Jazz and World Music studies.
This diverse exposure guided him toward a career performing many genres of music with bands across Colorado. These performances include sharing bills with Les Claypool (Primus), Vince Herman (Leftover Salmon), No BS Brass Band, and Naughty Professor. As an early adopter of streaming in the social distance era of music, he was featured at Rocky Mountain Virtual music festival, partner with Arise music festival. Ross has also worked as a session musician, recording with Sarah Mount and the Rushmores, Kodak Connection, Quiet Warlock, Empath Eyes, and Plus Ultra.
Recently, Ross' main priority has been music education and teaching students of all ages how to love and play music! Ross enjoys teaching his students bass, guitar, music theory, piano, and production lessons.
