Hailing from Dallas, Texas Nicholas Crawford has spent the last 14 years of his life playing in various groups on both the guitar and bass. From Country to Indie Rock, Nicholas has both taught and played a variety of different styles. During that time, he has taken his knowledge from the road and his past as a member of marching band to combine the elements of each into his lessons.
Since high school Crawford has toured internationally and nationally with acts such as Acid Tongue, Thieves of Sunrise, Forest Ray, etc. and has even preformed as a solo instrumentalist and singer songwriter. Once arriving in Seattle in late 2018, Crawford continued to share his love of music via performance, composition, and teaching making sure the versatility and enjoyment of the instrument are at the forefront of lessons in general.
Outside of music Nicholas loves video games which he credits as one of his main inspirations for getting into music. He also enjoys traveling, basketball and drawing in his free time! Nicholas is always looking to create even crafting his own outfits for concerts he plays. “I try to make sure that at the end of the day I can say 'well I gave it a go!'" His hope is that lessons with him will inspire students to do the same, always be curious and that nothing is off the table creatively!
