Michael Shaw was introduced to music as a child through his mother’s piano lessons, and began studying percussion at the age of eleven. He developed a passion for music during high school while performing with the renowned Lassiter band program. He continued his love for making music at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he performed with a variety of ensembles ranging from symphonic band to basketball pep band. He graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. In recent years, Michael has been playing drumset for church praise and worship music. He has been especially involved in Spanish services and recordings. He looks forward to many more years of making music and developing and encouraging up-and-coming musicians.
