About Laura Spector

Born in Dallas, Texas, to a family of musicians, Laura started playing piano at the age of three. Throughout her career, Laura has had the honor of performing with orchestras in the United States, Italy, and Russia. Laura is a graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory and College and spent her time in college between solo performances and collaborating with chamber groups and touring with the Contemporary Music Ensemble. Laura has been teaching for 6 years and has worked with students of all ages and experience levels. In her free time, Laura enjoys kayaking, biking, trying out new recipes, and decorating and redecorating her room.
