Teacher Profile: Laura Daniels

About Laura Daniels

Laura is a talented teacher of piano, voice, drums, guitar, ukulele, and bass. Beginning her music journey at age nine, Laura started to learn to play songs through MIDI videos on YouTube. She quickly became obsessed with the piano, spending up to 12 hours a day playing and practicing. Shortly after, her parents recognized her passion for music and enrolled her in classes outside of school at home. From there, she never strayed from the journey.

Within a few years, she began producing music using Ableton Live. Since then, Laura has participated in numerous musical projects in genres ranging from Classical all the way to Alternative, Progressive Metal, Country, Jazz, and Pop. Laura then studied Classical and Jazz performance at Collin College.

Laura is actively involved in multiple projects in the DFW area, including musical groups Two Liter Express and Locrianmoth.
