Janet Le has played piano since she was four years old. Her high school piano teacher Mrs. Toney showed her what it means to share her love of music with young people. She went on to study music education and she has taught music in elementary, middle, and high schools. She works with students on voice, piano, music theory, sight-reading, piano, and conducting. She teaches high school chorus and music theory in Orlando, Florida.
Janet Le received her MM in Choral Conducting at Michigan State University in 2015 and her BME at Centenary College of Louisiana in 2011. She taught middle school choir, show choir, and music appreciation in Shreveport, Louisiana. She has served as conductor and accompanist in several United Methodist churches of Michigan and Louisiana. She has presented interest sessions at the Louisiana ACDA and Florida Music Educators' Association conferences. She was a finalist in the 2015 ACDA Graduate Student Conducting Competition.
