As a music educator, Emmy's philosophy is rooted in the belief that education goes beyond the transmission of knowledge—it is about inspiring students to reach their full potential and equipping them with the tools to thrive both as individuals and as members of society. They believe music education should be inclusive and accessible to all, fostering an environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to express themselves. Music education nurtures intellectual, emotional, and social development by encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity, while also promoting self-expression and teamwork. Emmy believes the process is just as important as the product, as it provides the tools and skills necessary for students to grow both as musicians and as individuals. Ultimately, their goal is to create a space where students experience joy in making music and develop the confidence and abilities to become the best versions of themselves.
