About Dennis Weislik
It was obvious from an early age Dennis was going to be a musician. His father was a professional big band drummer. Picking up the guitar at age 6, he was soon making his mark and at age 16 and at 17 he was opening for Bonnie Raitt in the Boston/Cambridge area.
He has dedicated his life to music, earning a B.A. in Music Composition Berklee College of Music in Boston, then honing his recording skills at CRAS, the Conservatory of Arts and Sciences in Tempe, AZ. You can find several of his CDs on line playing all of the instruments.
He has worked with many outstanding musicians including Bobby Hebb, the opening act for the last Beatles tour and writer of "Sunny", as well as Dennis Yost, the voice of The Classics 4 who had hits with "Spooky", "Stormy", "Traces of Love" and many others. He has toured with T-Bone Walker, "Stormy Monday" and blues great John Lee Hooker.
Needless to say Dennis knows music and the music industry. Many of his students have gone on to successful careers in music.
