Teacher Profile: Craig Henderson

About Craig Henderson

Craig Henderson was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He started learning music in 6th grade on trumpet and has been picking up new instruments for over 16 years now. He started taking guitar lessons in 7th grade and has been performing locally since 9th grade. Later on in life, he would go on to attend Florida State University in the College of Music to study Tuba. His experience with different local bands has brought him to many different venues and shows, including Bonnaroo in 2011. He continues to practice his passion for music with his band, Yugoskavia, where he works with other professional musicians.

He is excited to inspire the love and curious pursuit of music to his students, friends, and family. He believes that lessons are meant to engage and inspire and that practice is not a chore, but instead an enjoyable experience expanding skills and knowledge.
