About Terran Fernandez

Terran Fernandez is a central Florida musician and bassist with a passion for playing and teaching. With over fifteen years of performance experience, he has learned a wealth of musical styles. During his high school career, he performed on the drumline and percussion ensembles that won first in state, as well as traveling to Indianapolis for the prestigious Bands of America event. He studied music education and jazz performance at the University of Central Florida. He finished his BA in music at Rollins College.

While in college, Terran started teaching private lessons for percussion, piano, and bass. He has been teaching one-on-one lessons for over seven years now and has been teaching classroom lessons for piano and guitar for three years. Along with teaching, he has been gigging on bass for over ten years. Having studied a multitude of styles ranging from rock to jazz to latin, he has traveled the United States and Puerto Rico bringing his love of music to people everywhere.
