About Rodolfo Arteaga
I am a recently graduated student from Berklee College of Music. I was lucky to be born in Venezuela, because I had the chance to be a part of the biggest music education entity in the world: "El Sistema". I learned the most practical ways to teach instrument performance, and applied them as a volunteer teacher at Miami Music Project and Siman Orchestral Foundation. Now that I have my degree in Music, I would love to keep on teaching the instruments I know how to play: Cello, Guitar and Voice. I also have knowledge of Production with Pro Tools and Logic. I design my own lessons plans for each student because no human being is the same. Every brain has different settings, and I try to adjust my lessons to those settings, so I can use my lesson time effectively, tackling my student's weaknesses and enhancing his/her strengths. As a human being, I am extremely organized, friendly, outgoing and honest. Thanks for the opportunity, I am really eager to hear back from you!
I started teaching my younger peers at "El Sistema" when I was 14. When I moved to Miami in 2012 to get my A.A. at Miami Dade College, I served as a volunteer instructor for Miami Music Project and Siman Orchestral Foundation.
