About Paulo Diaz
Mr. Paulo Diaz began his violin training in Lima, in his native country of Peru. There, he received a number of awards from the Conservatory. At the University of Miami, he won a scholarship to continue his graduate studies. As a result In 2008, Mr. Diaz received a Masters Degree in Music. Through the years, he has continued to develop as an educator, solo artist and orchestra member. Currently, Paulo Diaz is am a member of the Ars Flores Symphony Orchestra and Orchestra Miami. These days, Mr. Diaz performs regularly at various venues throughout the South Florida area and has become a highly acclaimed performer, regularly in demand. His appearances have included solo and orchestral performances in concerts across the U.S. and in Peru. His previous teaching experience includes music theory, piano, violin and viola at the following educational settings: Muse Center for the Arts (Fort Lauderdale, FL.), Hess Conservatory (Miami, FL.) and University of Miami (Miami, FL.)
As a free lance musician, Mr. Diaz has had the privilege to acquire knowledge and experience for all types of events such as: weddings, quinces, sweet sixteen, bar mitzvah, religious festivities and surprise marriage proposals. Furthermore, He has assembled different types of music ensembles for various types of concerts or events in South Florida. Paulo Diaz has developed a reputation for responsibility and reliability. He was fortunate to entertain Emilio and Gloria Estefan and Timbaland at various South Florida venues through great referrals and from agents that loved his work.
Mr. Diaz repertoire is extensive and encompasses a wide range of genres. Sharing his musical knowledge, performance and acquired expertise to interact with children and adults will provide them with a unique experience that should prove mutually memorable, enjoyable and uplifting.
