About Brody Montoya
Brody Montoya holds a Bachelor of Music degree with a focus in Jazz Composition from Berklee College of Music. He has over 10 years of experience as a performer, arranger/composer and several years of experience as a college instructor at Elms College. He enjoys playing solo guitar and other singer/songwriter projects with various groups in the Denver area, but most of his time is spent composing for radio and television advertisements through his audio advertisement firm, Montoya Music House.
He currently teaches guitar, bass guitar, ukelele, banjo, vocals, piano, and low brass. His approach to teaching lessons embraces the student's own creativity: while students will be presented with traditional learning materials, they will also learn essential music theory and improvisational concepts that will allow them to apply their new found skills in a unique and expressive way.
